Wholesale Terms
How to Order:
Click on the Price List link (above) to download a fillable pdf form for ordering. Email orders to amy@amyadamsartanddesign.com. Upon receiving your order, I will send you a digital invoice for the total charges including shipping. Balance can be paid directly through the invoice or by e-transfer to amy@amyadamsartanddesign.com by the date listed. Opening order minimum is $200; re-order minimum (including new designs) is $150. First-time orders must be paid before order is shipped/delivered. Subsequent orders may be paid within 30 days of placing the order. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 14 days past due.
Shipping:
Local delivery is available for orders within a 30 km radius from my studio in Kelligrews, NL, for a $10 flat-rate fee. Order pickups are also welcome. All other orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and shipping charge will be included on the order invoice. Shipping estimates for non-local orders can be provided once I know the quantity and contents of an order, as well as the ship-to location. Orders up to $500 ship within 3-5 business days, orders over $500 ship in 5-7 business days.
Returns/Exchanges:
I will accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Unsold inventory may be returned and exchanged for new stock on a subsequent order. Exchanges are not considered part of the standard minimum order.
